I find that when I eat less, I don't have tummy troubles. I need to remember this and control myself when I see food (the way I eat at home...one might think I'm a starving stray cat who hasn't eaten for weeks or something!) I don't know why it's so difficult for me to find that balance. I really love my rice, so sometimes I go overboard. The portions at restaurants are never right for me - I always want more rice and less of whatever it came with. But I've been experimenting by eating less rice these past few weeks. I am wondering if white rice is the cause of my chronic pain but I hope not! Instead of rice, I eat noodles. I will never be able to stop eating carbs. :)
I've also surprised myself by doing less shopping! At first, it was something I could not help since I removed all of my debit cards from my wallet. Cash runs fast and I would feel frustrated not having enough money. I'd always think, "I'll come back and buy this when I have the money..." but so far, I haven't. Meaning the item won't be missed because it wasn't important enough for me to come back and get it! :) If I love it enough, I will find a way to get it somehow... I wish I didn't like frivolous things like magazines. XD
Anyway, I seriously can't believe it's almost the end of July! Noo...
